B Positive Plasma is a blood plasma donation company that provides plasma to companies that create medications, vaccinations, and other therapies that treat chronic disorders and immunodeficiencies. B Positive approached Multiple because it was growing rapidly and needed a custom software solution to accommodate its unique scheduling and donor management needs.

Goals

Multiple was contracted to create a custom CRM tool that could help B Positive with managing donor acquisition, appointment scheduling, and donor data that would also be integrated with their plasma donation software. With the rapid opening of new locations, the goal was also to find a strategic way to help scale their social media presence, advertising strategy, website presence, and email communications to keep up with franchise expansion.

Approach

  1. New CRM – Our team selected a scalable and customizable CRM solution that could be launched quickly and catered to their unique scheduling needs and integrations. As they grew, we revisited their CRM solution and pivoted strategies as necessary to create a more long-term solution that would help them reach their growth goals.
  2. New Website – We redesigned their website, building it on the same platform as their CRM to ensure we could capture attribution data from campaigns as well as integrate all of the phases of their sales process into one system. As the franchise continued to grow, we evolved the website strategy to improve the user experience and to account for new locations.
  3. New Campaigns – We ran Meta Ads for B Positive with the goal of driving new and repeat donor acquisition. We have continually optimized their ad performance, leading to their ability to expand hours, add more employees, and significantly grow their plasma collection.
  4. Ongoing Optimization – We are constantly innovating and improving B Positive’s marketing/operational processes and technology to acclimate to their rapid growth.
