Goals
Office Evolution was seeking a partner to support its franchisees with growth marketing. The goal was to provide the franchisees with the tools and resources they needed to effectively market their shared office spaces to potential clients and grow their businesses. In order to achieve this goal, Office Evolution recognized the need to improve its digital marketing assets, including its website, CRM, and support, along with modifying the way it managed individual location lead generation and utilization of the national advertising fund.
Approach
To meet these goals, Multiple focused its approach on building a new and improved website, increasing organic social media presence, implementing monthly training calls, and optimizing their CRM, analytics,and reporting.
1. Website – The old site was not mobile friendly, and given a majority of their traffic is mobile users, that was of paramount importance in this redesign. For each of the 80+ locations, we improved the flow of information on their landing pages and simplified the calls to action to improve the overall conversion rate.
2. CRM – When we came in to help with CRM maintenance, management, and training, there were many features of the CRM that were not being utilized at all or correctly. We cleaned up data, streamlined their sales pipeline process, and customized reporting dashboards for every location as well as for corporate.
3. Training Calls – We now host monthly training calls where we reinforce best practices and talk about themes that arose in the previous month’s help tickets. During these calls we take a collaborative approach, sharing what is working across the network, listening to ideas and potential issues we can help solve, and reinforcing successes!
4. Social Media – Historically, all locations manage their social media accounts themselves. We audited over 500 social media accounts and business listing sites and then made improvements across the board for every location to ensure a consistent brand experience throughout all accounts. We now create and post organic social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business for all locations on a monthly basis.
