Recess Child Care is a multi-location childcare provider that specializes in providing flexible childcare solutions across Philadelphia, PA. They approached Multiple looking for a software solution to help streamline their booking management system, create a user-friendly interface for bookings, and help optimize their sales funnel.
The goal was to create a website and an app for Recess that would provide a simple, user-friendly experience for its customers with the capability for instant-book appointments, seamless drop-offs, and flexible scheduling options at one of their multiple daycare centers.
To meet these goals, Multiple designed a fully robust staffing and booking management system to ensure all bookings were being properly captured, tracked, and prioritized. We also devised an algorithm that could meticulously monitor staff-to-children ratios in each childcare center, ensuring strict compliance with legal codes and regulations. Using user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices, Multiple designed the website to be highly responsive and user-friendly across all platforms (desktop, tablet, and mobile), thus prioritizing flexibility and easy accessibility to users at all times.
